Kaph | Collage

Well, I still learning arabic calligraphy even thought my course finished. it's not easy at all. have to keep writing and training. anyway I just love to mix between calligraphy and collage. From Wikipedia, Kaph (also spelled Kap or Kaf) is the eleventh letter of many Semitic abjads, including Phoenician, Aramaic, Hebrew Kaf כ,Arabic alphabet Kāf ك, Persian alphabet ک. Its value is /k/.

Collage | Calligraphy won't die

In the last few weeks I started learning arabic calligraphy. It's not easy at all but I love it and keep training myself.  My calligraphy teacher Abdullfatah got his arabic calligraphy degree from egypt (yes they recognized it as a independent science). He said:"Computers killed calligraphy!". He means the computer fonts which is nice but without soul! "One day calligraphy will die and vanish and you won't find someone to teach you how to write".

but I thought it won't die if we kept writing it by our hands, thats why I designed this traditional collage. Tree means growth and life, background includes my handwriting -still learning-.

ليش أكتب أشياء بالتصميم محد يقدر يقراها كامله إلا أنا؟
١- يمكن عُقدي الدفينه ما تطلع إلا في الفوتوشوب.. عالاقل ما تطلع في أحد ثاني من بني البشر
٢- يمكن ما أحب تكون فكره التصميم جليه و واضحه جدًا كوضوح الأبيض و الأسود
٣- يمكن عشان اللي يشوف التصميم يكمل الكلمات الناقصه -اللي ماعرف يقراها- من منظوره الخاص و إحساسه

Arabic typography collection

In simple way, Typography is the art and technique of arranging type, type design, and modifying type glyphs. يعني هو فن الخط او الطباعه, and I did alot of typography designs.

lately, I'm so in arabic typo well I called them my " modern arabic typography collection" < شدعوه :P anyway its simple I know but I do not know why I love to do more and more of this?!!!

Here is the collection
